AI Fair Usage Policy

1. What this covers

This policy applies to the AI Assistant, AI Planner and any other AI-powered feature on Kairos Fly. By using these features, you agree to the rules below in addition to our Terms of Service.

2. Intended use

Our AI is designed to help you plan travel — discover destinations, suggest itineraries, summarize trip information and answer travel questions. Use it for travel-related tasks in good faith.

3. Fair use limits

To keep AI features fast and free for everyone, accounts have reasonable per-day limits on AI requests. If you hit a limit, try again later or upgrade for higher quotas. Automated or script-driven requests against our AI endpoints are not allowed.

4. Prohibited content & behavior

You may not use the AI to:

  • Generate hateful, harassing, sexual, violent, or otherwise harmful content.
  • Produce illegal content, instructions for harm, or fraud (including fake bookings or visas).
  • Attempt to extract our system prompts, bypass safety filters or jailbreak the model.
  • Submit personal data of others without their consent.
  • Generate content that violates intellectual property or privacy rights.
  • Resell or redistribute AI outputs as your own commercial product.

5. Accuracy disclaimer

AI output may be incorrect, outdated or incomplete. Always verify travel-critical information (visas, vaccinations, schedules, prices) with the official source before acting on it.

6. Privacy of your prompts

Your prompts are sent to our AI provider strictly to generate a response. We do not use your prompts to train models. Avoid sharing sensitive personal information in AI chats.

7. Enforcement

We monitor for abuse with automated and manual review. Violations may result in:

  • Warnings and rate-limit reductions for first or minor offenses.
  • Temporary suspension of AI access.
  • Permanent account termination for repeated, severe or malicious misuse — including loss of saved data and any paid features, with no refund.

8. Reporting issues

To report abusive AI output or a safety concern, email abuse@kairosfly.com. We review every report.
