1. Our commitment

Kairos Fly is built privacy-first. We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties, and we only collect the minimum data needed to make flight search, alerts and account features work.

2. What we collect

• Search inputs: origin, destination, dates, passengers, cabin — used only to fetch live flight results.
• Account data (if you sign up): email address and authentication tokens.
• Saved data: flights, trip plans and price alerts you choose to save.
• Approximate location: derived from your IP to suggest a nearby home airport. Not stored.
• Anonymous usage analytics: page views and feature usage to improve the product.

3. What we do not collect

• We never store your payment card details. Bookings happen on the airline or partner site.
• We do not access your contacts, photos, files or device storage.
• We do not track you across other websites for advertising.

4. How we use data

Data is used solely to deliver the service: returning flight results, sending price-alert notifications, syncing your saved items, and keeping the service secure. We never use your data to build advertising profiles.

5. Third-party services

We rely on a small set of trusted providers to operate the service: a flight data API, an authentication and database backend, and (optionally) Google AdSense for ads on result pages. These providers process data only to deliver their function.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for sign-in and preferences, and anonymous analytics cookies. Ads, when shown, may use cookies as governed by Google's policies.

7. Your rights

You can view, export or delete your account and all associated data at any time from Manage Account. For any privacy request, email privacy@kairosfly.com.

8. Children

Kairos Fly is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
