1. Acceptance

By using Kairos Fly you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. The service

Kairos Fly is a flight discovery and planning tool. We display live fares from third-party data providers and redirect you to airlines or partners to complete a booking. We are not a travel agent, do not sell tickets and do not handle payments.

3. Pricing accuracy

Fares change in real time. The price displayed at search may differ from the price at the airline's checkout. Always confirm the final price, baggage rules and conditions on the booking provider's site before paying.

4. Account responsibility

You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for any activity under your account. Provide accurate information at sign-up and keep it up to date.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, crawl or hammer our APIs in ways that degrade the service for others.
  • Resell, repackage or redistribute Kairos Fly data without written permission.
  • Use the service to harass, defraud or harm any person or business.
  • Attempt to break, reverse engineer or bypass security or rate-limit controls.
  • Submit illegal, deceptive or infringing content through any input field, including the AI Assistant.

Violations may result in temporary throttling, suspension, or permanent account termination at our discretion, with no refund of any paid features.

6. Fair use

To keep Kairos Fly free and fast for everyone, individual accounts are subject to reasonable rate limits on searches, AI requests and price alerts. See our AI Fair Usage Policy for details.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of third-party data, or that any specific fare will remain available.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kairos Fly is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including missed flights, lost bookings or travel disruptions arising from use of the service.

9. Changes to the service

We may add, change or remove features at any time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email.
